Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of services. Any engagement begins only once both parties sign a written Client Service Agreement.

Where we offer a written performance guarantee, that guarantee is defined entirely by the signed Client Service Agreement, including its conditions and the circumstances that void it. Nothing on this website extends, modifies, or replaces those terms.
If you become a client, your engagement is governed by the Client Service Agreement you sign. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement controls.
Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is not a fee paid to Northflow Solutions. Clients retain ownership of their own advertising accounts.
Fees and payment schedules are set out in the Client Service Agreement. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, and by paying you also agree to their terms.
If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services. Refunds, where applicable, are handled as described in the applicable agreement. For questions, contact us at the address below.
